A pure pranayama program, true to tradition following the thousands years old practice in lineage Kaivalyadhama
Pranayamas are yogic breathing techniques that purify body and mind. When the physical systems function in harmony the mind can be still. And like the still surface of a lake the mind as well becomes a clear surface to see to the ground and true nature of self
We will practice sequences that stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as nadis in Hatha yoga
Selected shruddhi kriyas and preparations to purify the nadis
Intended to improve health and longevity
Consecutive pranayamas
that can lead the practiotioner to longlasting joy and physical resilience
Twice a week: Tuesdays we meet in person and Fridays online
feel free to reach out via the community link with any questions concerning the pranayama january joy program, love and peace Lea

The breath mirrors the mind. When the breath is calm, the mind is calm. When the breath is restless, emotion rise.
Join Lea @pranayama_berlin in a grounding flow:
2 hours Hatha + Pranayama + Meditation designed to help you reconnect with your breath and restore inner stillness.
Through mindful movement and deep breathing, you‘ll learn to balance the nervous system - to find calm, even when life feels full.
As December begins and the pace quickens, take time to move, breathe, and reset before the year ends. A moment of deep self- care to return to your natural rhythm.

pranayama
“Just as one gradually tames a lion, an elephant or a tiger, so the breath must be slowly brought under control. Otherwise it harms the practitioner.
When prānāyāmas are practiced properly they remove all diseases, but improper practice generates diseases.”
-Hathapradīpikā 2.15 -16
Pranayama is an essential and often overlooked hatha yoga discipline. Pranayama has the potential to create physical and mental health and is the doorway to deep meditation.
Careful and clear instruction is necessary for success in pranayama.
Lea Asj provides such instruction for beginner, inermediate and advanced pranayama students. Her courses and classes are grounded in traditional hatha yoga scriptures, modern science, and personal experience of herself and her teachers.
