Pranayama class with Sudhir Tiwari

We are aware that it can be difficult to invest a whole weekend - of time and expenses - away from family or work. Yet we really wish to share the teachings and make it possible for everyone to meet and practice with Sudhirji. That is why we opened the 2 hour session Pranayama practice to book separately. Breath is something we all share yet we are rarely guided to explore it mindfully and with understanding. This session is designed to follow that exploration as an introduction - what Pranayama is and how important it is for body, mind and spirituality. How Pranayama can promote clarity, balance and focus in daily life.

It is the beginning of the weekend workshop “Pranayama to Mediatation” and can now be booked separately

We are delighted to welcome Sudhir Tiwari ji back to Berlin for the third time. He will be offering an in-depth workshop on traditional PRANAYAMA AND MEDITATION, techniques rooted in the Kaivalyadhama tradition—one of India's most respected and research-intensive yoga institutes.

Breath is something we all share, yet we are rarely guided to explore it mindfully and with understanding. PRANAYAMA offers a path to viewing breath not merely as a technique for control, but as a practice of surrender that fosters clarity and enables a deep connection between body and mind.

Whether you are seeking grounding, deeper awareness, or a renewed relationship with breath in everyday life, this workshop offers a gentle and precise way in.The workshop is open to dedicated yoga practitioners, teachers, and students who wish to deepen their understanding of breath as a practical and philosophical discipline.
